How the soléa website, bookings, and class packs work. Please read before you book or pay.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the soléa website, online booking, class packs, and related services operated by SOLEAATELIER HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER (“soléa,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a pack, or using this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and studio policies.
By continuing to use our website or book a session with Soléa, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms, Policies, and Conditions.
SOLEAATELIER HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER operates Soléa Atelier at Unit 3B, Level 3, Fengfu Building, Blk 44-1 Rizal Highway, Central Business District, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Hours: Monday–Sunday · 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
You must provide accurate name, email, and phone details so we can match bookings and payments. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in link private.
If you book for someone else, you confirm you have their permission to share their details with us.
Minors may train only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent. The guardian remains responsible for the minor’s participation.
Group classes are reserved online and use one class credit per session unless we say otherwise. Private sessions are scheduled with the studio.
Pack prices, validity, activation windows, and inclusions (including Solea Society gifts where applicable) are as shown at checkout. Non-Society packages must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase unless a listing says otherwise. Solea Society membership begins within 30 days after Grand Opening, with validity running 12 weeks from the first session. Packs are not transferable.
Payments may be made via GCash, BPI, Eastwest Bank transfer, or other methods we display. Pack credits are added after the studio confirms payment. Send the exact amount and tap Done on the payment page so we can match your transfer.
Pack purchases are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Unused credits follow the pack’s validity and freeze rules. Contact us if there is a genuine error or studio-side issue.
You agree to our studio policies on arrival, cancellation (including the 12-hour late-cancel window), no-shows, freezes, and studio cancellations, published at /policies.
We may refuse entry, end a session, or suspend booking privileges if conduct is unsafe, abusive, or repeatedly violates studio rules.
Pilates involves physical activity. You are responsible for disclosing relevant injuries or conditions and for obtaining medical advice when needed. Participation is at your own risk, as described in our Health & Liability notice.
Class descriptions, schedules, photos, and prices may change. We try to keep the site accurate; if a listing is wrong, the studio’s confirmation (or a corrected notice) will govern.
All logos, copy, photos, and design on this site belong to soléa or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The studio may photograph or film the space and classes for atmosphere and marketing. If you prefer not to appear, tell the coach or email us before class and we will reasonably accommodate you.
To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, soléa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts beyond the pack or session fees you paid for the booking in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud or injury caused by our gross negligence where the law so provides.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Last updated 18 August 2026.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, without limiting any consumer rights you may have.
