How we book, cancel, and care for the room. Legal documents live alongside these studio rules.

Class Reservations

All classes must be booked in advance through our website, social media accounts, or front desk. Group classes are limited to 3 people and run 50 minutes.

Arrival Policy

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your class to settle into the studio and prepare for your session. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes after the scheduled class time may not be admitted. Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or class credit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 12 hours or more before your scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class are considered late cancellations and will result in the loss of one class credit.

Late Cancellation

Late cancellations forfeit one class credit. Allowed once per package where applicable.

No-Show

If you do not attend your booked class without cancelling, it will be treated as a no-show and the class credit will be forfeited.

Freeze Rules

You may pause your package for up to one month. When you return, your remaining classes and package validity resume from where they left off.

Studio Cancellation

If the studio cancels a class, clients will receive their class credit back. No cancellation fees will apply. soléa will notify you of the cancellation.

After Your Purchase

Packages must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase and are not transferable. Contact soléa at 09560766218 to activate your pack or schedule sessions.

Packs & refunds

Class packs and Class Bundles are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Credits follow each pack's validity. You may freeze a pack for up to one month. If a payment error occurs or a class is cancelled by Soléa, any applicable class credits will be restored to your account.
