What we collect when you book or visit the site, why we use it, and how to reach us about your data.

soléa (SOLEAATELIER HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Account and booking: first and last name, email, phone number, class reservations, waitlist entries, pack purchases, credit balances, and cancellation history.
Payments: pack chosen, amount, and confirmation that you paid via QR or bank transfer. We do not store full card numbers. Bank or e-wallet apps you use have their own privacy policies.
Communications: messages you send us (Messenger, SMS, email) and emails we send you (confirmations, reminders, pack notices).
Technical: cookies or similar data needed to keep you signed in and to run the site securely. We do not sell personal data.
To create your account, book and manage classes, apply credits, confirm payments, and contact you about your sessions.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service messages. Marketing messages are optional; you can ask us to stop.
To operate, secure, and improve the website and studio operations, and to comply with law.
We share data only as needed: with instructors and front-desk staff; hosting and email providers that process data for us; payment channels you choose (GCash, BPI, Eastwest, or similar); and authorities if required by law.
We do not sell your information to advertisers.
We use essential cookies (or similar storage) so you can stay signed in to My account and complete booking. These are required for the site to work. We do not use advertising trackers on the public site.
You can block cookies in your browser; some features (sign-in, booking) may then not work.
We keep booking and account records for as long as you have an active relationship with the studio, and thereafter as needed for credits, disputes, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, subject to the Data Privacy Act and any records we must keep.
Email move@soleapilatesph.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify it is you. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission if you have a complaint.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data. No online service is completely secure; please keep your email and sign-in links private.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for online accounts without a parent or guardian. Guardians who book for a minor should use their own contact details.
We may update this Policy. The effective date will change when we do. Last updated 18 August 2026.
